Each week, students will read classic and contemporary examples of creative nonfiction and practise the craft themselves through guided writing exercises. The reading list will include many diaspora, emigrant, and third-culture writers alongside progenitors of the genre, such as Michel de Montaigne and Li Shang-Yin.
