This module aims to develop the students’ appreciation of the challenges confronting the design of interactive experiences for sites and contexts that are leisure-based, pleasurable, and recreational. Students will be taught and will utilize skills/methods from the human computer interaction (HCI) development cycle. By the end of this course, students will be able to work in collaborative design teams, conduct independent design research, think critically about designing for site-specific experiences, and develop prototype systems that exemplify location-based interactive
