  1. In this seminar class we will build on what you have already learned in Economic Analysis of Law I in order to discuss more specific areas of the law.

  2. Aside from exploring legal institutions, we will also apply theoretical and econometric methods that you have already learned in other classes.

  3. By reading and analyzing academic papers, we will attempt to shed light on questions such as the ones mentioned above.

  4. And hopefully at the end of the class, we will be able to appreciate that there is one and (maybe) only one way to go about answering all these questions: Economic Analysis!
