\n\tYou should not opt for this module if you do not like to read a lot or have problems understanding stuff like "Without prejudice to any rights of indemnity by law given to trustees and subject as provided in Clause 44 hereof, the Trustee and every person appointed by the Trustee, or to whom any trust, power, authority or discretion may be delegated by it, shall be indemnified by the Company in priority to any payment to the Note-holders in respect of all liabilities and expenses (including reasonable professional fees) incurred by it or such person in the execution or purported execution of the powers and trust contained in these presents, or of any trusts, powers, authorities or discretions hereby vested in them, and against all action, proceedings, costs, claims and demands in respect of any matter or thing done or omitted in any way relating to these presents, and the Trustee may retain and pay out of any monies in its hands upon the trusts of these presents all sum necessary to effect such indemnity and also the remuneration of the Trustee as hereinbefore provided. ..."
\n\n\tDo you remember the estate in fee simple, the equity of redemption and jus accresendi? If not, you should go back and revise what you have learnt previously.
\nIf you like to be spoon fed, you will probably not like this module. If you are prepared to do what is necessary, this module will try to give you some practical and useful skills.\r\n\tTHIS MODULE will consist of lectures, tutorials and seminars and students are expected to prepare for the classes beforehand. Students will also be working with documents used in practice.
\r\n\r\n\tStudying is not fashionable but neither is getting a bad grade.
